This week, LittleBigPlanet will be receiving yet another piece of free DLC. A Leprechaun costume, in honor of Saint Patrick’s day, will be hitting the PlayStation store this week. Look for it in Thursday’s Store update.

Today, at a Take-Two press conference, their president, Ben Feder, stated that they “will continue to support the title with add-on content.” So basically, you can expect even more awesome DLC for Borderlands. From the immense amounts of content in the three already released DLC packs, I can’t wait to see how they can further expand the Borderlands universe!

The unfortunately tiny, yet loyal fan base for SEGA’s PS3 exclusive game, is going to be very happy. Why? Yet another DLC pack for this amazing game is coming next week! The pack, titled “Edy’s Detachment” will contain six unique missions, with each mission focusing on one of the six different character classes in the game. No price has been announced at this time.

Yep, EA is shutting down even more servers for some of its games. Including servers for some games released just last year, including Lord of the Rings: Conquest. For some people, like me, this is disappointing if you just recently picked up some of those games and are going for the Platinum. The full list can be found after the break.

Word has been floating around that the shooter, Section 8, was coming to the PS3. It’s been available for a while now on “other systems”, but was pushed back on the PS3. Now, the word is official that the game is coming in digital-only form to the PSN, and with 3 new maps! The game also gives you the unique ability to host a game from your PC. Hopefully a demo hits, because I think this is a multiplayer-centered shooter worth trying. as of now, no release date has been announced.

Today, on the PlayStation Store, you can pick up a copy of thatgamecompany’s unique game, flOw, for free. To do this, go to the PlayStation Store, click Downloadable Games, click PS3 Games, click on the box that contains games that start with the letter F, and get flOw for free. That should be a bit obvious, though. I would assume that this is thatgamecompany’s valentines present to us. So, you guys who downloaded the AvP demo last week had some trouble matchmaking, eh? Well, apparently everybody else did.
So Sega has heard you and has had to patch a PRE-RELEASE DEMO. Well, there has to be a first time for everything, but hey, at least you can enjoy the AvP demo in all its glory now. All you have to do is delete the existing demo from your hard-drive and install it from the store.
Way to go, Sega :/

According to the ESRB description for the upcoming game, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, the game will return to the series roots, at least, for the beginning of the campaign that is. The description for the game on the ESRB’s site states “In single-player mode, players conduct missions on an unnamed Japanese island during World War II and then move into the modern day through jungles, deserts, and snowy terrain.” So, get ready to break out your MP-40s when Bad Company 2 releases on March 2nd.

Well, above is an image from Sony Europe, that shows what’s in the HUGE box. It has the God of War Collection – something that was never released in Europe, a soundtrack, an art book and, obviously, God of War III. No word on price as of yet, so watch this space.
